Every year designers, architects, wholesalers and contractors attend the largest event for plumbing system design professionals — the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE) Convention and Expo. The event makes it possible for industry professionals to discover game-changing innovations, learn more about profitable solutions and generate new ideas that can help them maintain a competitive edge.

At this year's event at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, the team from H2X were present to spread the word about our cutting-edge plumbing and heating design software. Unsurprisingly, there was a lot of interest in our product and what it has to offer the industry.

This interest came from both small and large teams, as well as young and experienced engineers and manufacturers. We also had media teams visit our booth on the back of the excitement our technology generated amongst engineers at the convention.

The reason we caused such a splash at the convention is pretty simple — people acknowledge that traditional design methods, including spreadsheet calculations and the manual creation of Revit models, are inefficient and need replacing. With our software, engineers can benefit from automated calculations and design exports to AutoCAD and Revit, helping to drive efficiency and standardise outcomes.

Overall, the convention was an excellent opportunity for our team to socialise with like-minded figures in the industry. This included evenings discussing the features and benefits of our software with experienced design and sustainability engineers, and even members of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) team.

If you’d like to see for yourself how our software can improve traditional design methods and ensure better outcomes for your projects, book a demo of H2X today.
